At Biomiz, protecting your personal data is a priority. This Privacy Policy aims to inform you, clearly and transparently, about how we collect, process and protect your personal data when you visit www.biomiz.es or contact us to request information about our bioinformatics services.

This document has been drafted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE).

We do not collect special category data through the website. If, in the course of providing our bioinformatics services, we process genomic or biological data belonging to third parties (for example, research data provided by a client), such processing will be governed by the specific terms agreed in the service contract and/or the corresponding data processing agreement signed with the client, and not by this policy, which is limited to the use of the website.

  • Handling inquiries: responding to requests for information, quotes, or free consultations made through the website forms or by email.
